Book Club

Join us for a summer of book club fun!  We meet every fourth Thursday of the month at 1:00.  No registration required.  Books available at the circulation desk.

Kids Summer Reading Records Due Soon!

If your child is signed up for the summer reading program, July 27th is the last day to turn in reading records!  The reading record is where you record the 600 pages you read.  Children who have not turned in reading records will not be eligible for a free book or reading certificate.  

Ice Cream Sundae Awards Party

Friday, July 29, 2016 / 11:00AM

If your child has turned in the reading record by July 27th, come to the party for a free book, prize, reading certificate and ICE CREAM!  The party is free and no registration is required.  If you cannot make it to the party, your child may pick up their reading certificate and free book anytime during the following week (Aug 1-6).

Frisbee Show!
July 19 / 10:30
Flying Aces Professional Frisbee Team AND THIER DOG will perform amazing feats, tricks and FUN!  There will be a disc contest immediately following the event (contest for ages 9+).
Teen Maker Day
July 27 / 2:00 - 3:00
Get creative!  We're making funky mugs!  We supply the materials, you supply the awesome.  Please register in advance.
Turn in Reading Records!
July 27 
If your kids are registered for summer reading; this is the last day to turn in a reading record.  Kids who have not turned in reading records by this day will not be elegible for free book and certificate.
Ice Cream Sundae Awards Party
July 29 / 11:00
Kids who have registered for summer reading, have read 600 pages AND have turned in the reading record (by July 27) can pick out a free book, get a fun prize and receive an award.  After prizes, the party moves outside for ice cream sundaes!  No cost.  Must be registered for summer reading.
